Nice location, right on a little harbor area and the other condo guests were very quiet. The condo itself was spacious. However, there were issues. The first is parking. Several times we had to park off property because there weren't enough spots available (don't know why this would be unless people other than guests are using the spots). This was difficult, especially when we arrived late at night and had to lug all of our suitcases and escort young kids to the property in the dark in an unfamiliar area. Second, it said on the hotels.com website that there were three queens available. There were, in fact, two queen beds and one fold out sofa in the living room which was barely usable it was so old, saggy, and uncomfortable.Although the sheets had been cleaned there was an obvious, old blood stain on one of them. They need new sheets! The two queen beds were so firm it was akin to sleeping on concrete. Honestly, the owners should spring for new beds and a new fold-out sofa. In addition, there were not enough towels available for all of us--there should be extras. Also, the upstairs rooms were very hot. We came at the end of August and there was no AC, rendering the rooms uncomfortable to sleep in. There were no windows to open so we had to leave the door in one of the bedrooms open until we fell asleep since it would be unsafe to leave it that way, but we had to get some fresh air. There were no curtains in the living room so everyone could see in (privacy and safety concern) and the sun shone in the morning as well--no sleeping in possible! So assigned parking would help the first issue and attention to customers' needs would help with issues such as lack of curtains, towel shortages, and old sheets. Lastly, if the owner really wants happy repeat customers, they should invest in new beds and a new sofa. It was the most uncomfortable sleep my family and our friend ever had at a vacation rental or hotel . . . and we travel a great deal, usually without complaint! Yes, I would like to share a review with potential renters. No one should have to spend that much money on such a lack of basic comforts.The owner needs to put some care into their property.

Nice location with great view of the Marina. The main bathroom was a little tight.
