The living room furniture needs replacing or at least given a good cleaning
The surround sound was not working and we told it would be repaired during our stay - didn't happen
The bedding - blankets, pillows, mattress pads all need to be replaced
The kitchen knives were dull, dull, dull and no knife sharpener
The shelves in the freezer were not the correct size, so they kept falling down on each other
Definitely no longer worth the $$$ that we paid !

We have decided that this needs to be an anual event!
