The loft is quiet and is accessed by a ladder. It features a cozy queen sleeper sofa, skylight and flat screen TV. Perfect for the kids in your group as headroom is limited.

There is only one assigned parking space at the complex. Additional parking is available at the Vail Transportation Center. Free daily parking in the summer/ $25 overnight.Â There is no air conditioning in the unit however, Vail stays cool year round.Bedrooms are on the small side.Must climb one flight of stairs to get to unit.

The unit is within walking distance to the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and the Gerald Ford Amphitheater. Â There are picnic tables and benches along the creek that are available for the public to enjoy.There is a laundry room located in the bottom floor of the building.
