Say Hello to this breezy, vacation home! 4 Ships & Giggles offers a beautifully decorated, well maintained and clean beach house. Two doors down from a quick beach access path and well situated to access all the local activities, this house will make your vacation a breeze. The home offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and sleeps 11. The large, open living area has high ceilings, lots of natural light and plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. Belly up to the kitchen island complete with bar stools and a wine/beverage fridge. Enjoy cooking in a well stocked kitchen boasting granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The beautiful flooring is accented by coastal colors and beachy decorations. The living room has ample seating and a large 46 inch LCD TV with DVD. Enjoy sunset views from the front deck off the kitchen and enjoy sunrise and beach views from the back deck off the living room. Open the windows for a fantastic ocean breeze. The back deck features a gas grill, corner seating, patio seating, views of the pool and the ocean and access to the pool. The deck is gated at the top for safety. Each of the four bedrooms (three upstairs, one downstairs) are tastefully decorated. The upstairs King master suite is large with a 40 inch LCD TV, dual sink master bathroom, lots of closet space and a desk facing the ocean. There is a Queen master suite on the first level with a full bath and tub along with a 26 inch LCD TV. There are two upstairs bedrooms, one with two sets of twin bunk beds and a trundle bed and the other with two twin beds and a wall mounted TV. These two share a full bathroom on a hallway that can be closed to the living room. The first level features a large entryway perfect for dropping your beach gear and a laundry room complete with HE Washer & Dryer. The backyard is entirely fenced with a grass area, covered patio and a large in-ground pool. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a great day at the beach and float in the pool.
