super clean, very nice hot tub and very nice home. after paying 175 for cleaning fee I don't think they should ask guest to start laundry and dishwasher

While driving into the location it has a trailer park feel which means it isn't in a very good area. 2nd the landscaping is so over grown it looks like the place is deserted. It was clean and a very nice set up and the pool area in the back is nice. We had a good time without any trouble except for an issue with the alarm that went off in the middle of the night every half hour for 6 hours. Turnkey stepped up and gave us a credit back for the evening. The little things make a difference and this place lacked the little details. If they take care of the details and was upfront what kind of neighborhood you will be traveling through and the price reflected that it would good. We wanted to relax and the kids enjoy the pool, we did that except for one night.

Experience was great! Home was spacious, clean, and had good amenities. We actually met the homeowner who lived down the street. The check out time was the only complaint. 10am is such an early checkout even allow you to check out at noon.

The best home we have ever stayed in Austin. The pool and hottube were awesome. The best where great. Very quiet and loved the kitchen! The only issues the living room furniture needs updating. Like a nice leather sectional. The yard needed to be mowed. I was a little nervous about walking up thru the grass at night!

Our family had a wonderful visit to the 3BR/3BA Lake Travis retreat with pool. The mission was to take day trips through the hill country, spend some time on a boat in Lake Travis, and finish each day in the pool. We could not have asked for a better location and household amenities given we have 2 boys under the age of 10 who love to stay busy. Their favorite time of day was swimming in the pool with the waterfall in the background. Our next mission is to figure out when we can go back.

Greatly enjoyed this property and the location. The house is down a quite road and sits on nicely wooded lot, and it is only a few miles from nice grocery store and restaurants. The house has a great floor plan, very nice pool/spa, and very well equipped kitchen. It was warm and cozy. We came to Austin for the weekend to go to football game and picked this location to retreat from the crowd and activities, so we could also have quality family time too over the weekend. Have the pool after the game was awesome. The house made our time in Austin area very enjoyable. Our compliments also to the Turnkey - the property management company - for their exceptional service.

From start to finish it was great!!! The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was also very well stocked! We had such an amazing time in the backyard we definitely didn't want to leave! And we will for sure be renting this place again!!!! It was very convenient location!! Thank you for such an amazing home we enjoyed every bit of it!!!!

Photos do not do the property justice - it's in excellent condition, well furnished and supplied, and extremely comfortable. Rental agency was very professional and responsive. Only problem: our stay was too short!

This place was beautiful and spectacular. The home was very tranquil and accommodating for our family of 7. This home has a large family kitchen/living room that can host a large number of guest. It is also has a tall wooded fence that keeps you very private. Pool gives you a private resort feel. Our family was very pleased with our stay and we will return again.

Beautiful house, pool and grounds. We had a great time staying at this awesome house that had plenty of room for our family of four. The house was just like new and beautifully decorated.

The house and pool very nice. Concierge service was not good. Took too long to call back. We couldn't figure out how to fish or swim in Lake Travis so all we did was stay at the house. Too much money for the location.

The home was almost exactly as described plus a room that could serve as a fourth bedroom off of the front bedroom. The backyard is ideal for entertaining with ample seating and a heated pool. One caveat on the pool - it gets deep quickly. If your kids are not strong swimmers, bring expect to limit them to about 20% of the pool.

The property itself feels more like a second home than a rental property which is both good and bad. The good - it is VERY comfortable, well appointed and serviced. The not so good - most of the closets and the pantry were sealed off making it difficult to hang up clothing and store dry food. One nice feature was the kitchen which was more upscale than anticipated (but please, please, please…if you are renting a home and are not familiar with how to use non-stick cookware, stay away from it - there is very nice cookware that has been ruined by people repeatedly using metal utensils) with a large refrigerator for days worth of food storage. There is also plenty of tableware for entertaining should you decide to.

There were a few things that popped up during the stay worth mentioning:

Wasps: They were a problem during our stay. There was a can of spray to attend to them, however, I would recommend bringing your own.

The Grill: The grill in the photo was tucked away and a cheap portable unit was in its place. We bought a lot of meat from Whole Foods planning to grill but the grill had too many flare-ups to use.

The Trash: The trash cans were so full we wound up having to place bags on the ground which proved problematic due to an evening visit from some woodland critters who ‘went shopping’.

The Pool Guy: A nice guy but he just ‘showed up’ in the back yard. We looked up and were surprised to see somebody we didn’t know walking around. We were also surprised to see a large puddle of coolant his minivan leaked all over the driveway.

Overall, a very nice trip. I can see returning in t

Great place to stay at if you plan to visit Lake Travis.
Everything is close and even a cool zip-line experience is nearby too!

This house was perfect for our family of four!! Each child had their own bedroom AND bathroom and both bedrooms were separate from each other and from the master bedroom. Layout was great!! Loved the open kitchen/living area. Best part of course was the outdoor patio and pool/spa. Plenty of room for lounging and the pool was clean and refreshing!! TV in every room including outside on the patio - 5 in all! Very modern and updated, clean linens and plenty of towels, cookware, and whatever else we needed. Would stay in this house again of we came back to Austin.

I highly recommend this vacation rental!! From the gorgeous, spacious and spotlessly clean house (I had to crawl under the desk at one point to access an outlet and there wasn't a dust bunny in sight), to the beautiful and private fenced-in front and back yard, to the sparkling pool and hot tub (beach towels are included) with TONS of places to lounge and sunbathe, to the complimentary items (shampoo, soap, beverages, coffee and a mini-sized bottle of vodka, etc., to the fully stocked kitchen (food not included) and laundry room, you pretty much have everything you need for your stay here! In fact, my group and I were initially going to spend an entire day in downtown Austin but after our arrival, we decided to stick around the property instead so that we could further enjoy it!

What I also love about this house is that it has the feel of being out in the country but is actually just a very short drive from town! If you need to stock up on groceries or toiletries, there's a Randall's Food Market nearby. There's also some great restaurants within close proximity like Flores Mexican restaurant (their beef taco's and margaritas are excellent), Chi-Town (a casual little greasy spoon that serves awesome Chicago-style hot dogs and fried pickles) and The Oasis which has amazing views of Lake Travis. (Tip: Arrive before sunset and request a table by the railing for breath-taking views! Even if you have to wait awhile, it's worth it!!)

The TurnKey team were very courteous, informative and professional! We even received a phone call from them on our first night to ensure that everything was as promised!

My only real complaint about this particular vacation rental is that the rates are too high for us to stay over the weekend. Otherwise, we would be returning MUCH more often!!!

We rented this home over Memorial Day weekend as we were looking for something on Lake Travis with all the emenities for three adults and a child. This home was absolutely perfect - with gated entry, two Master bedrooms, open concept, AWESOME pool (with waterfall) and hot tub and close proximity to Lake Travis (boat rentals, restaurants, shopping.)

We really enjoyed staying at the Lake Travis Oasis. The pool was a huge hit with our family. Every detail was covered down to the towels and an extra toothbrush for my son. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were really blown away with the backyard and pool area. It truly was the best part of our week long stay. The house was nice as well, but there were some downsides which need corrected. First, there was nowhere to hang up our clothes in the master bedroom. There was a small stand that would hold maybe 3 shirts, and there was no closet available to hang anything up. Second, a lot of the dishes were dirty and we had to hand wash them before we used them. Third, under every piece of furniture it was dusty and dirty. There was chunks of dirt, plenty of dust, hair, and feathers, specifically under the beds and under the couches. We know this because we have small kids and they like to crawl places. A little more attention when cleaning the house would be much appreciated. Another issue is that the fusebox is locked up in an area of the house we don't have access to, so when the microwave went out during breakfast we had to wait over an hour for somebody to come by so he could flip the breaker. This needs remedied as well. If the breaker box was available I would have been able to fix it myself.

Arriving at the home, the first thing my group appreciated was the open concept design of the home and how easy that made it for us all to enjoy our stay. Walking into the home, you're immediately greeted by a view into the back patio to the gorgeous pool and patio. Opening the patio doors, you can enjoy the warm, fresh air of Central Texas. Our group went zip lining at Zip Line Adventures - Lake Travis, which was an awesome way to spend an afternoon. Located 20 minutes from the home, it is also very easy to get to. After zip lining, we had dinner at The Oasis, another 20 minute easy drive through the winding hills. The house location provides the privacy of a getaway, but also the ease if access to plenty of entertainment/convenience. Management made sure to check in via e-mail to see if we arrived ok, how we enjoyed the house, and were available 24/7 to assist with any needs. We enjoyed our stay, loved the house, and wouldn't hesitate to visit again!
