INSIDE THE HOUSE
The open-concept living space boasts 10-foot ceilings and bamboo flooring, with a modern sectional and armchairs around a coffee table and huge 60” TV.
A dining table occupies the space between living room and kitchen, and there’s casual seating for 6 around the kitchen bar and island. The kitchen itself will please even the most discerning chefs, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner gas stove and double-width convection oven.
Two full beds in the master bedroom, a full in the second and a queen in the third mean the home sleeps 6 in total. All three bedrooms enjoy access to a full bath, the master with stand-alone soaker tub as well as separate shower, and glass-walled stand up showers in the second and third. The master also has a 50" TV.
If there’s a workaholic in your party, they’ll be delighted to see the bonus study attached to the third bedroom, with a desk and private entrance.
Head outside to the huge back yard, complete with large paved patio area that accommodates an eight person outdoor dining set and casual seating around a smaller table as well. Sunny and private, with established trees for shade, it’s a great place to work off energy before heading to bed.
