Commanding a prime location, your condo is just 3.5 miles from the Heavenly Village and gondola, and equidistant to Camp Richardson. Plus Emerald Bay is less than 10 miles!
ABOUT THE RENTAL
Enjoy incredible 180-degree mountain and marina views from the back patio with gas grill. Inside, find a comfy laid-back living room with leather furniture, a 55” flat-screen TV and a stone gas fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep: full-size appliances (including a gas stove), plus small appliances like a coffeemaker and toaster. Just off the kitchen is a four-person table for sit-down meals and board game nights.
The home’s three bedrooms, all on the second level, sleep eight comfortably.
Wake up to water views from the master bedroom, which boasts tall ceilings, a king bed, and private balcony overlooking the waterway. It also has a flat-screen TV and seating area. The en-suite master bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third guest room has plenty of sleeping space with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. These rooms share a bath with tub/shower combination. A half bathroom provides added convenience.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and designated parking for two cars in the outdoor lot is provided.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Bring your boat (or rent one)! This condo has its own private boat dock and there’s a marina right down the street to launch into the lake. For a small fee, guests can enjoy the coveted Tahoe Keys amenities - including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, and a pristine private beach.
When dining out, head to local favorites like Freshies, the Lake House, or Azul Mexican.
Pack up the kids and the cooler and head 2.5 miles to Camp Richardson. Spend the day boating, swimming, and sunbathing, enjoying a scenic picnic lunch in between the fun.
In the winter months, hop on the Heavenly gondola for a day on the slopes.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties, weddings, or receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This condo is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are allowed. VHR #010326
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
