This home’s ideal location puts you within walking distance of the Park City Mountain Resort, as well as a short drive from all sorts of shopping and dining options. (Note, as of January 2018 there is construction occurring behind the property.)
ABOUT THE CONDO
The common area is located on the second floor and includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen. In the living room, you will find brand-new furnishings that include a plush couch, two accent chairs, and a desk. Kick back and relax after a day on the slopes and watch a movie on the 52” wall-mounted flat screen TV above the gas fireplace.
The kitchen is lined in beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash, and is equipped with brand-new stainless appliances that include a dishwasher and French-door fridge. You’ll also have plenty of cabinet storage and a pantry for vacation goodies.
For a quick breakfast bite, there’s seating for four at the kitchen bar. Come mealtime, gather at the dining table with seating for six.
Pour a glass of wine and step onto the back patio, where you can fire up the gas grill for an easy evening meal.
Just down the hallway from the kitchen is a conveniently located full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and a granite vanity.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, large dresser with mirror, 47” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled shower and two freestanding vanities.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser, and closet. The kids will love the third bedroom with a twin bunk and private deck. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a double-sink granite vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. There are plenty of parking spaces outside of the condo.
This rental is perfect for family and friends who want to spend their vacation on the slopes. Not only is this townhouse within a short walk of the gondolas at Canyons Village, but it is also close to Iron Mountain, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, Bald Eagle Mountain, and all the trails and fresh powder they have to offer.
Take advantage of this location all year-round by hiking or biking the trails, or by taking part in the resort’s summer activities. For those who like to spend time on the fairways, Glenwild Golf Course and the Park City Golf Course are both within a short driving distance.
There are two restaurants, The Farm Restaurant and Powder Restaurant, within walking distance of the property. You will also find many options just a few minutes’ drive north at the Kimball Junction—check out Rock Brewing’s brewpub, Park City Pizza, and Kneaders Bakery & Café.
