Description
Detached Guest Room has a Queen Size Bed, Bathroom (with shower only) and TV with Cable. The main house includes a living room with large tv/dvd/vcr. Dining Area with seating for 4 people. Kitchen with breakfast bar (there is no dishwasher), Keurig coffee maker (old school coffee-by-the-pot maker in a cupboard). Master bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Large Deck with patio furniture, and gas barbecue.
Parking for house and guest unit.
If you'd like to bring your pet, please inquire (additional fees will apply and all pets are subject to prior approval).

Even so, there's a lot of value that the location offers. Anything south of 101 is within a 3 block walk to the beach so this just cuts it. Everything in Pismo is walkable, this place is a block from getting on the 101 SB ramp, there are decent restaurants within 2 blocks.... once they close, it gets a bit quieter.
Points for a firm mattress master/king bed. The children's bedroom is close to the street so noise from the street and restaurant could be a factor. Those mattresses are a bit worn but linens, kitchen cookware was sufficient. Not much in terms of beach gear in the outdoor shed where the laundry is located so bring your own. There is a nice detached in-law unit (with bath) but the main house family room would be a bit crowded with six in there at once.
The backyard is not terribly pleasant, with an old water heater in the corner and uneven deck but we didn't miss it for spending time on the beach instead. The charms of staying in Pismo make this somewhat worthwhile and we enjoyed our time there, but if you have a choice, I think you can probably find a better value.
plumber was sent promptly, but the pipe noise continued. I believe sprinkler or water outside must set it off.
