Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this home overlooks Lake Dillon while being centrally located near 5 world class ski resorts, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. As the seasons change, summer brings fantastic sailing, golf, and beautiful trails for hiking and biking.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the views from the private hot tub or play some pool downstairs! Across the street is the clubhouse with pool access and many other amenities.
Use the convenient neighborhood trailheads for access to the open space behind the neighborhood, or hop across Highway 6 for access to the Lake Dillon trail system

· Property has exterior cameras security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection.

· Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7am must be adhered to, particularly when outside or when in the hot tub. Normal talking voices are TOO loud. Nosie Monitoring inside and outside house
· MAXIMUM of 4 cars
· NO smoking
· NO pets allowed
· Must be at least 25 years old to book
·Maximum occupancy at any time is 12
