This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom is conveniently located near the Canyons Resort, making it the perfect destination for your winter & summer vacations. It is a 2-minute walk (125 yds) to the Canyon's Cabriolet Ski Lift. You can literally walk out your door to the lift! There is a large patio with a PRIVATE hot tub that seats 6 people, a private BBQ, and a dining table. The unit is a short walk to the 7-Eleven, motor-assisted bicycle rentals, and the FREE city-wide bus.
The spacious living room features a large living area with ample seating surrounding a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. Whip up your favorite meals in the large well-stocked gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a drip coffee maker. The chic dining table can seat 7 people, with additional breakfast bar seating for 3. A full-size washer & dryer and ample ski & snowboard storage are located just inside the townhome.
The upstairs has all 3 bedrooms, The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, TV, and a private balcony. The master bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower with double vanity sinks. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and TV. The third bedroom features 1 twin over twin bunk, a twin bed with a twin trundle underneath, and a flat-screen TV. The second upstairs bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a powder room on the first floor.
Parking is available. One car can park in a private driveway and one additional space is available with the parking pass just outside the townhome.
