Completely redecorated, this lovely home is adorned with custom furniture and knickknacks. Spread out over nearly 1,400 square feet this condo is one of the largest 2 bedrooms in the Timbers complex and nicely situated on the 3rd level in the northwest corner of the building.
Entering the condo you're greeted by a nice mud area with a bench seat and coat rack perfect for storing boots, jackets, helmets and other bulky gear. This hallway area also has a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a third full bathroom complete with a glass stall shower. The guest bedroom is found just before the main living area and is equipped with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom! The sturdy log twin bunk beds are tastefully topped with cozy quilts and there's a new 32" flat screen tv with a dvd player in this room too. There's ample storage between the standard size closet and tv console to put away luggage and the full bathroom features a tub/shower combo.
You'll be delighted by the airy openness of the main living space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and even an ice maker and hamilton beach 12 cup or single serve coffee maker. The huge amount of counter space and unique layout of the kitchen is sure to please the family chef and makes for great entertaining. There are also three additional seats at the counter-height bar. The dining area is just off the kitchen and features a nice chandelier and a wood table with seating for six. The dining area is perched just outside the living room and next to the large gas fireplace - making for the perfect ambiance.
The living room is equipped with a brand new sleeper sofa with a special air bed mattress; guest sleeping here will appreciate the feeling of a real bed rather than a typical sleeper sofa mattress. There are also two lovely armchairs, cowhide topped end tables and a large coffee table in the living room. You can nestle up to the gas fireplace on the large hearth or watch the babbling Snake River off the main patio. You can also grill on the private gas bbq on the patio. The living room also has a 40" flat screen tv and dvd player that is Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime compatible.
The master suite is the real wow factor of this property! Complete with a huge ensuite bathroom the master suite has wrap around windows, a 40" flat screen tv, it's own small patio and a king bed! The master bathroom features a dual sink vanity, large glass stall shower and a jacuzzi tub that fits two!
The Timbers is an amenity-rich building. For your enjoyment, you'll have access to the gorgeous lobby area that has a seating area with games, chess and a piano, complimentary coffee and tea and a fireplace. There are ski lockers for convenience and an indoor workout room with a sauna. Among the best amenities are the indoor-outdoor heated pool and the outdoor hot tub complete with a waterfall. The ski bridge on the second floor also makes Timbers a true ski-in ski-out property!
