The condo is also just across the street from the Rec Path. There is a free shuttle bus stop near by that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.
The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar and a dining table that seats 6. The condo features many amenities including a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary wi-fi and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.
After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the fireplace. You can also enjoy the scenery from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead? The nearby clubhouse has a hot tub, sauna and more. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.
