Walk out your door to the First Time Lift and several summer mountain activities including mountain biking, hiking, and a local farmer's market. Walk across the street and find yourself on the Park City Golf Course.
This chic townhome features modern furnishings throughout with beautiful appliances in the kitchen. Enjoy ample amounts of natural light in the living room featuring a sectional couch and flatscreen TV. The dining table can seat up to 8 people with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The outdoor patio features beautiful mountainous views and a BBQ grill.
This home has 2 master suites. Master #1 features a Four Season Brand king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Master #2 also features a Four Season Brand king with en-suite bath while the bunkroom is the perfect room for the kids with 4 sets of bunk beds, allowing for 8 people to sleep.
There is garage parking for one car available, and another spot in front of the garage, but with a location this close to the mountain a car won't be a necessity. A free shuttle stops right outside of the community that can take you to Main Street for shopping or to the local grocery store.
