Whether you’re looking for easy access to the attractions, shopping, and restaurants of the North Conway/Bartlett area, a home base for your mountain adventures, or a relaxing weekend in, Woodland Pines is the ideal destination.
With almost 2,000 square feet and 3 bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. A loft above the main living area provides extra space to spread out while enjoying a movie, video game, board game or book from the provided collections. Grill your dinner on the large deck overlooking the tree lined property, or enjoy the peace and quiet of the smaller upstairs balcony. Downstairs you will find a private room with a hot tub and sauna. (The hot tub is closed due to COVID19 restrictions, but the sauna is open.) The condo is located near the Woodland Pines outdoor pool, tennis court, and basketball court. The East Branch River is accessible from the road that goes through the development, as well as the Mt. Washington Valley Ski Touring and Snowshoe Foundation trail, a 40 km trail connecting Intervale, Kearsarge, and North Conway Village. https://www.mwvskitouring.org/ When you’re ready to explore, you’re only minutes from North Conway, Storyland, Jackson, Attitash, Cranmore, and North Conway Village. The Conway Scenic Railroad crosses the East Branch River on a beautiful truss bridge at the edge of the development, offering fantastic photo opportunities for railfans.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and a dumpster on the property. If you are traveling with small children, you can save some packing space by using the available folding crib, safety gates, baby monitor, booster seat, high chair, and folding stools in the bathrooms and kitchen.
COVID19 Safety Considerations
In addition to the regular professional cleaning and linen service provided, we have added a few precautionary measures to protect guests.
1. We have implemented a minimum 3-day buffer between stays. During those 3 days, all cleaning and necessary maintenance people who access the condo will be wearing masks.
2. Per recommended lodging guidelines, we are now using triple sheeting instead of comforters. All extra blankets, towels, pillows, and bed linens in closets and on sofas have been removed.
3. Our cleaners will pay extra attention to high touch surfaces and only use products that are COVID19 approved.
