Whidbey Island has a lot to offer. Whidbey is a cross between old country and easy-going slow paced Island lifestyle, with a ton of personality, life, and history. Whidbey Island is the place to visit while you are relaxing and becoming one with nature.

Whether you're coming over for walking on the beach, or hiking some of the many mountain-like terrain trails, or touring the many wine tasting venues and Pacific Northwest restaurants, or just simply enjoying an Island getaway w/ friends & family around an outdoor fire pit or relaxing in our New Hot Tub w/ water views and star gazing. You'll love relaxing and enjoying the warm weather by the beach and cool evening breeze by the fire pit at this home. While relaxing on the extra-large deck, bask in the sun and enjoy breathtaking views of the Saratoga inlet and Camano Island. Greenbank is also famously known for it's over-a-decade-old red barn, Greenbank Farms. It’s a lovely, historic place to visit with a bakery, art gallery and cafe.

Enjoy group seating around the fire-pit, multiple patio chairs provided for your relaxing needs and large size yard with fire pit and lawn games. Lounge in the sun, BBQ or walk down to  "Hidden Beach".  The home was recently remodeled in 2022 with a stylish interior and fun outdoor spaces. Accommodates up to 8 people comfortably in 3 Bedrooms with 4 Total Beds.  Two Queen Beds,  one bunkbed with one twin bed on top and a full sized bed below plus optional Air Mattress and/or couch that can sleep an extra person. 

A convenient cabinet and drawer stocked with spices and basic condiments, plus a Keurig coffee maker,  and a regular drip coffee maker, and ground coffee  &  a selection of tea.  Dishwasher, large kitchen island with seating for two. Work can be completed at a writing desk with WiFi and USB ports. A full-size washer and dryer are on site, please request how to access, if needed. See house manual for additional details.

*Pets Allowed - Small to Medium size. Fees do apply, so please request ahead of time. Pets must remain off all furniture and all pet waste must be picked up prior to check out.

A New Hot Tub has been Installed - Come and Relax, sitting in the hot tub on our deck overlooking the Puget Sound w/ views of the mountains. 

Please rinse off or shower before entering hot tub to ensure it remains clean.
No Glass in, on, or around the hot tub. There's plastic cups available.
No Pets in the Hot Tub!
The hot tub is continuously cleaned. If the hot tub appears to need cleaning at the beginning of your stay, please let us know immediately. If the hot tub requires additional draining and cleaning due to soilage, spills, or any urine/feces, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for $200.

Pets 

• Small sized (20 pounds max) pets are allowed - Non-shedding and hypoallergenic only please. 
• Pet fee of $100  are required and pets must  be requested AND Approved ahead of time.  Automatic $250 pet fee will be charged for each pet that is NOT approved and Pre-Paid for ahead of time. 
• Pets must remain off all furniture.
• Pets must be cleaned-up after; otherwise, cleaner will charge additional fees for residue or waste that is left behind. Any and all pet hair, messes inside and outside, must be cleaned up. Any remaining signs of pets, smells, hairs, etc may be charged extra for cleaning and/or damage.

• Please enjoy and treat this home as your own. The neighbors on each side are very nice and we want to maintain good relationships. As such, any noise complaints will not be tolerated, and we ask that all outdoors activities end by 10pm, unless continued under quiet guidelines. Violations may require eviction from the home if repeated. Absolutely zero parties with outside guests are allowed.
