The property is clean. The amenities and location are great. The AC was not good. It worked fine in keeping the first level cool. The upstairs remained about 10 degrees hotter the entire stay. All of the headboards on the beds were either partially attached or not at all. Consequently every bed squeaked bad with every movement. This made sleeping rough.

Propery overall was good. clean and very private. There was no check in, we checked in at the gate with a security officer. Very polite security officer. the villa was clean, wifi didnt work, Overall the actual villa was very nice and accomadating, a private home away from home. the upstairs bed were a bit uncomfortable, stiff.

My family and I (2 adults, 3 kids) have stayed in Seven Dwarves Villas three previous times and loved it. We always told people how it was perfect for families. This trip, however, we left very disappointed. The condition of the unit was poor, very unclean. We were made to pay a cleaning fee, but whoever rented the unit before us either didn't pay it, or the company didn't do much with it. The bathroom floor had balls of hair on it (not ours) the tile around the toilet was stained yellow. Bedding had not been washed and was pretty aged. Temperature inside the upstairs floor of the unit was 85 when we got there. Took a full day to get it into the 70s. They knew we were coming? Couldn't have turned on the AC in advance? We know it's not a hotel, but we've had much better experiences on our previous visits. Can't reccomend it anymore. Too bad.

Our flight from San Diego arrived at approx 6am. So we stopped for breakfast, then made our way to the Target Store that is near Seven Dwarfs Lane to buy some supplies for our two week stay.
We waited until 9am to contact Eric, to request the possibility of an early check-in. Fortunately the Villa was vacant and our request was approved.
Our family of 6, Mother, father,two little girls aged 8yr old & 10yr. and grandparents were very happy with what we found at the Resort and we had an absolutely amazing two weeks holiday.
The resort exceeded our expectations by far. It is extremely well maintained with a safe feeling environment, while also quiet and calm.
The pool and children's play area was great and although the resort was almost fully booked, with many families with children, it never appeared crowded, and all the children appeared to be having a lovely time.
We made one mistake, booking a Villa with 1 beautiful comfortable King bed, but the four single beds were only satisfactory for the children.
It would have been absolutely perfect had our daughter and her husband room had a Queen/Double bed.
Eric is great,the hair dryer stopped working as did our TV in the bedroom and they were replaced within 24hrs.
The Staff in the resort are very friendly too.
I'll certainly return to the resort given the opportunity and also recommend it to our friends.

The Seven Dwarf homes were amazing and we will be returning again.

The guards were very friendly and welcoming along with the great management service of the Near Disney management property company.

The location had lots of dinning around and shopping as well as a great location for all the attractions like Disney & Universal .

The hot spar was a Great way to relax in the evenings with a cocktail in hand.

We have stayed at larger rental homes before as we came to Florida with other families. This year we looked for a smaller one as it was just the 5 of us. Our townhome rental was perfect for us. The way the villas are set-up, everyone is close to the clubhouse. We walked to the splashpad, pool and playground daily. The Tiki bar had excellent helpful staff and the entire resort is kept very clean. Our units whirlpool tub wasn't working but we didn't really need it. At the club house though, none of the arcade games were working. In the evening, there wasn't anyone we could tell this too. We really enjoyed it there and would definitely come again.

We loved our vacation. The only thing I would have changed was the concrete bed we slept on. It made it really hard to feel rested and relaxed. We would come back if we had a different bed to sleep on.

My frustration was with the lack of clarity as to what exactly I was getting when I applied for a villa, and how I was treated when I expressed a concern. I generally reviewed options and learned that the 3 bedrooms had one king, one queen, and a child's room with two twin beds. I applied for a 3 bedroom and was approved. When I arrived the villa had only one king and four twins for children. I was one of two adults (my mother and me). Not wanting to sleep in a child's bed, I sought a larger accommodation or different 3 bedroom. Manager (Eric) was not sympathetic. He told me I could not be correct, that they had no 3 bedrooms that were any different than what I was assigned. All 3 bedrooms were the same, so it must be my error; that was his only answer. I sent him online links from the establishment's website to prove that they advertised what I thought I was getting (1 king; 1 queen; and 2 twins). I was then again admonished for not realizing that these were not available when I booked, so I could not have expected a 3 bedroom with two adult-sized beds (so I'm a liar, I guess). Eric was more concerned with proving that I was the cause of the problem then accommodating my needs. The management company needs to consider more carefully how the user of their reservation system experiences a transaction. Also, management should become better at hospitality communication. I did not appreciate being told I was at fault when I was simply trying to make my stay more comfortable. I realize it is not a hotel, that flexibility may not be easy once someone has arrived. And, I realize management may deal with difficult people from time to time, but I was seeking a solution to a reasonable concern and was treated like I was a stupid fool. I advise customers to verify – right away – that they have been assigned what they expected, and don't expect any support from management when you arrive if there is a problem. You will only be treated like a fool.

I enjoyed my stay even though we had a busy schedule and only stayed at the villa at night. I booked my stay through and the cleaning fee was not part of my booking. I was charged an extra 80$ which was not disclosed with a 3 night stay. Overall the location was nice. Just a few minor things that you can overlook, like the bathtub exterior wall was duck taped and always fell, the rugs in the kitchen were shredded. We were given the wrong key to the lock box which delayed our entry by 30+ minutes. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs.

The townhouse was great. Customer service sucks
(they don't answer when you call. They do get your emails). they forgot to follow up on card for secure deposit. Had to do all at last resort. Once secure deposit was done, they sent directions instructions, but they never told me I had to have all the agreement at hand. I printed confirmed reservation,but was not enough for them, and at gate, the poor gatekeeper had to struggle with waiting customers and requests to the office for signed contract.

It was a very good customer experience .. maybe it could be improve details at the arrive time... because the people in the access didn´t have information about my reservation and they need to check at the moment.
The clean property it could be improve because we found some objects under the bed and sofa.

House is great within good location of stores and attractions;-) - the pool and the area is great - nice and clean -
But in the house the bed is hard pillows flat - the aircon didn´t work on 2nd floor and the carpet must be cleaned - and bathsinck the waterhandle was brook.

villas limpias, ordenadas y espaciosas, bien ubicadas . Las camas muy incomodas y ruidosas crujen cuando uno se mueve..imposible dormir asi, colchones muy duros y sabanas y conforter de camas baratas y de baja calidad,toallas viejas, televisores de la decada del 90.televisores sin control remoto, puerta del microwave rota, tostadora de pan dañada. Seguridad del complejo magnifica, instalaciones del complejo limpias y bonitas. Necesita mejorarse en el interior de las villas el amueblamiento que es muy antiguo alfombras muy desgastada y sistema de entrada( cerradura ) obsoleta.

I property itself was great. It was clean well kept. My family enjoyed the stay. What I didn't like was the hidden fees and the lack of contact. I booked my stay through , paid in full w/cleaning fee, two days before my our arrivals I get a call from the manager (whom I never saw) dating they need my card again to hold on file for security purpose I would not be charged anything unless the property was damaged. 10 minutes after getting my card it was charged $200 followed by a lease for me to sign which states it after the fact. Once arriving the security guard had my information and two more pieces of paper for us to sign before we could get to our suite. Never seen a manager, guest customer, nothing. Very unpersonal. Everything done by phone and email including complains.

House was clean and all nesessities where there.
A small disapointment was that WiFi did not work the day we arrived. Only after wending an email dit it work. But to our suprise the wifi stopped working 10 hours before we lefted.

Great distance between Disney and USSSA fields. Team could relax, play, exercise, swim. Little kids dream - pool beautiful. Everything close. Condo clean and convenient. Loved the guard, we called SARGE. Friendly and accomodating.

No starter kit provided,2nd & 3rd bedrooms has no A/C OR T.Vs.Family caught bad colds due to lack of air conditioning.I was told that this is normal.We did not rest comfortable due to a loud banging sound from A/C.Also I called to report promblems but they were never corrected

If I didn't call, I would not have known that I did not check in with anyone. Not thrill that the phone number we call was a personal cell phone and heard kids in the back ground. Internet TOOOO expensive!!! Guest Service couldn't help with rental property. No lighting between townhomes and hard to get to key 1 pm in the morning with no light. No direction on key lock. Windows are not sealed well enough.

Stayed twice, second time because of volcano delay. First time home furnishing was of a better quality and appeared a little cleaner / linen neater also more implements in kitchen. Second time as we were on a budget cooked more at home and was limited by utensils. But the overall, complex was excellent, the pool and spa well maintained, would definately reccommend to friends and go back, would conside purchasing one.

Property was very clean and in a good location for my family of 5. The only negative was that the beds were the most uncomfortable and the noisiest I have ever slept in. We could not role over without waking up! Mentioned it to the property manager and he basically told that is what I get for such a good price! Annoying!

everything was great, the villa was clean, comfortable and very affordable close to all the parks,stores ,restaurants. The only complaint I have is that there was only 1 roll of toliet paper in each bathroom. Not a big deal since the store is close by but something you should be aware of ,especially if there is a family of 7 staying for eight days. But other than that everything else was good. Will definetly stay there again.

-I would recommend no glass tables,since they are dangerous for kids.
-Quality of single mattresses was not good.
-I would recommned you provide a list of items that can be needed during stay that the property does not have,such as regular dish soap and sponge,paper towel,hair dryer,etc,so guests can be prepared.
-Otherwise,it is a good place to rent and stay when visiting Disney parks

We had stayed at another 3 bedroom townhouse managed by NeartoDisney last year at Christmas and that unit was a little better equipped in regards to the kitchen supplies (dishes, dishrags, & dish towels) along with bath towels. Overall good experience and would rent again.

The second floor rooms were not cold enough, the beds very small for a person who is 5'11 "tall, and no televisions. The dining chairs have any loose screws, causing unsafe. Lights of the basketball and others facilities were not available at any time after 9:00 pm and can not be used by darkness. Remember that small details make great places, but still a great place.
