In complying with the requirements sent by the rental agent, I provided the names and ages of all six of us, aged from 62 to 74. What we got was nice king bed in the master, and 2 sets of single beds in the other two bedrooms. The single beds were obviously for kids, as they had adolescent coverings and a very thin mattress over a box spring. The furniture, though clean, was cheap and old. Silverware adequate but very used. Coffee pot-new, no coffee, no garbage disposal, no extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. We were required to pay a security deposit,(returned)but warnings posted everywhere, don't use too much electric, don't use too much water. I booked this through VRBO, which transferred me to Red Awning, which added $109 cleaning charge to the invoice and ended up dealing with Next to Disney. Overall, it wasn't worth the hassle and price.

Was very bad due to bad management don't know how to deal with customers. A lot of rules that make you feel you are in a Jail !!!

- The furniture is old and dirty
- Manger did not answer his phone most of the time ( it is the only way to contact the administration)
- No emergency contact during weekend and holidays
- A lot of rules to make customers stay very bad
- Bad hospitality
- Very long chick in process and time
- Unorganized customers profile, and the manger call and disturb customers to chick out couple of days earlier as he don't know the check out date !!

In fact, leaving there is a waste of money and time.

Upon reaching Villas at Seven Dwafts, i was very disappointed in the up and down. The Townhouse assigned to my family was given to another family and i think that was in poor taste. My house number on my confirm reservation was one thing and upon my arrival another family had already taken my vacation home, that was very disturbing to me. I payed for my home way before the due date and the service i got was terrible. the house that i had was not equiped with much things i was very disappointed.

The property manager Eric was very nasty. The sheets were filthy and could not fit in the washing machine to even wash. They sent someone to come and only one bed was cleaned. The sheets had stains and hair throughout the entire bedding. The location was nice but had the property manager been professional the entire time my stay would have been a lot better. It also took 9 days to get the return of my $200 deposit.

Pro's - Great place, awesome deal, terrific location, beautiful pool and lake.
Con's - Upstairs bath exhaust fan was falling out, bar stools and dining chair seats were dirty and stained. 5 people/4days - need more than 2 rolls of toilet tissue. Master jet tub didn't work. Marks on walls, beds uncomfortable.

Overall the property was good. Comparing another unit that my sister had my unit was a cheaper looking place, old model TV's and a very thin mattress on the master bedroom's bed.

No cleaning at all during all my family stay. Kids could not play in the Villa due to very strict rules. No one answer your call when you need a live person over the phone rather you have to leave a message to have them call you back and so on.

This is my second time here. This is a very nice place to stay with a very good price.
The only thing that i recommend is to clean the chairs because it have some stains on it,and provided more toillet paper.

My Wife, Daughter and I had a great experience during our trip and Villas at Seven Dwarfs was a big part of this. I always love the cleanliness of the property. I will strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

For the most part we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but feel some improvements could be made. Here's some of them: 1) Upon entering, the carpet was clearly stained 2)Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1 upstairs, TV's didn't work and had NO remotes. 3)Burned Out Light bulbs and Kitchen Clock not working 4)Supposedly sleeps 8 but insufficient towels, washcloths, 7 plates, 5 cups, broken mixer in cupboard, fry pans in bad shape, no cutting board, kitchen sink had no stopper. The living room couch definitely should be replaced. Shouldn't all above be checked out before renting to another party? The pluses definitely outweigh the minuses but we feel 7 weeks is a long time to stay and things should be ready when we get there. Our manager definitely took care of things in a timely manner but had to be called each time. Your cleaning people should be more responsible we feel in checking everything out. There should be a check list for them to follow. When we mentioned this to the manager he said they only check out the bigger things that are either broken or missing which is what the security deposit is for. Because of the disappointments this year we are hesitant to make plans for next year.

I had a elderly person,part of the group which could not walk far,hot tub did not work,which the answer that I was given,i didn't believe.when you could here all other units hot tubs working.i was told that all was not working(bacteria problem,filter).upgrade TV's flat screen,sorry tv channels,better channels

The house is Great, the location also, I could go on and on with positive points. Really not much to say. But people who rent a house instead of going into a hotel expect it to have the minimum on equipment in the kitchen (talking specifically about unit 104 building 14). This unit lacks some usable pans and a can opener.

Complex was very appealing--very child friendly. Unit was clean except for carpet which was stained.
Because we paid a cleaning deposit, we wanted to be sure unit was left as we found it however there were NO cleaning products--not even a dish cloth. It seemed like every day, we were running to the store for some product. Not sure how people would manage without a car.
There were 3 TVs but only ! remote. TVs were outdated and there were very minimum channels.
The sink had no drain stopper.

Overall our stay was decent. The Seven Dwarfs Complex is a nice place to stay with a decent pool and park area for kids. Easy to navigate and easy access to stores, places to eat and to Disney. However the town home itself was okay. Cable did not work properly and town home rental agents were not interested in getting it to work right. We called twice and were told a cable person would be coming and we would have to be there for it. Not our responsibility to hang out and wait for the cable company. Was unable to make local calls due to needing a carrier access code. Rental company was clueless on this. Carpeting in unit was badly stained as was one bed's comforter. Couches were uncomfortable and possibly gave my son bed bug bites. Light bulb missing from one lamp. Glass tables make it hard if you have young children and/or toddlers like we did. I would stay at the Seven Dwarfs again but I would not use Near to Disney Rentals again. In my opinion customer service was not there. I will say the reservation process in very smooth and clear. Directions and lock box code were emailed and the general paperwork was a smooth transaction.

The pool and public areas were very nice. The unit we stayed in was a little run down / dirty - and the beds were horrible. We also had someone get past the security at gate banging on our door at 1am.
