As you enter the downstairs apartment you are welcomed by a fully stocked kitchenette, living area, bedroom and full bathroom. This guest living quarters has two queen size beds with tempurpedic mattresses , and a queen pull out sofa sleeper. Sunny and bright you can view all the private poolside action, right out your window. Your apartment guests can access the main house by the outside staircase. NO BOATS OR TRAILERS MAY BE PARKED WITHIN VILLAGE WALK.
The second floor in the main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a comfy king bed, TV, full size private bath, and it's very own balcony, for morning coffee serenity. The second guest bedroom has a King size bed, TV, and shares the bathroom, located down the hall, with the third bedroom. The third guest bedroom has a built in bunk bed, with a full bed over a full bed. All of the bedrooms have temperpedic mattresses for added comfort.
The 3rd floor, and main living area is a vast expanse of hardwood floors and open floor plan living. Gulf of Mexico views from the living room balcony are breath taking! Hold on to your recliner! When we say recliner, we mean all three sofas are reclining, with drink holders, so you can kick back and watch your large screen TV, after a day at the beach. Just off the living room is the dining table that seats 10. Your fully equipped kitchen is just over the breakfast counter from the dining area. Chill your favorite wine, in the specialty wine cooler, or brew a cup of coffee in the Kuerig. The kitchen also has double dishwashers, double ovens, waffle maker and a streamer.
Right off the kitchen is your access to the roof top patio, 4 stories high! Spectacular 360 degree view of the gulf, the ship channel and most of the island.
Additional Feature: Gated Community, Dish Network TV service, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, Private Pool, Flat Screen TV's in every room, Washer/Dryer, Towels & Linens, Air Conditioning, Private Balcony, Extra Refrigerator in the Garage.
This home has an elevator but is not available to guests.
"Parking is restricted to four vehicles and all must be parked on the property. One garage will be available and the other three cars can be parked in the driveway. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your four vehicles. We apologize, but no Boats, Trailers, or Recreational Vehicles are allowed on Village Walk property for any of the house rentals. This is NOT a pet friendly home. Max Adult occupancy is 12 and regulated by City ordinance STR#381439
Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:
1) Sol Mates provides 4 paved parking spaces for 4 medium sized vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Sol Mates. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced
Sol Mates provides ample parking for 12 guests, properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
