we booked to provide sleeping for 6 people....when it came time to go to sleep, the sofa bed was completely broken. NOBODY would come take care of the problem, so my husband and I had to sleep on the floor!!! The next day after going back and forth to property managers, they moved us to another place. We were staying for 6 days, so we brought alot of food which had to be all packed up again. We lost about a full day of our vacation taking care of this. Upon switching locations, we were told that they knew about the sleeper prior to our arrival. The new place they put us in was much better, but the point is, if they knew there was a problem, why didn't we???
