As you enter the property from the ground level the stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor. Upon entering into the unit, the natural light from the huge sliding glass doors beckons you to balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Ocean. From the balcony, the stairway gives you direct access to the beach to spend your days in the sea and sand.
Once back inside this custom kitchen offers high-end details from the appliances to the waterfall kitchen island integrating most efficiently with the dining table. The living area with a sectional sofa, a smart tv, and stunning fireplace, combined with the kitchen and dining, offers a great layout for entertaining friends and family.
The master bedroom is designed with built-in storage around the king size bed. With an easy lift of the mattress platform you will discover more storage; the perfect place to keep your luggage out of sight until it is time to return home. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an inviting shower; no tub. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom also has a shower only.
In the common area just outside of the 2nd floor unit you will find the washer, dryer, and ice machine. From the 2nd floor you will find the stairway to the 3rd floor unit. The 3rd floor layout is identical to the 2nd floor with the exception that there is not a staircase to the beach from the balcony. The 3rd floor also have a washer and dryer in the common area.
*Please Note: The sliders open fully to bring the outdoors in...and nature's little creatures will fly in if you leave them open.
*Please note: The ground floor unit and garages are not a part of the vacation/short-term rental. Please do not disturb the long term tenant on the ground floor.
*Please be considerate of the long term tenant when enjoying free parking.
*Please use the outdoor shower before returning into the property.
