Welcome to 224 Winston Lane, a truly exquisite beachfront property with gorgeous views of the Emerald Coast and community pool access. This property sleeps a total of 17 guests, with 5 beds, 4 full baths, 2 half baths and 2 office spaces perfect for family gatherings, vacations with friends and working from home. Located on the East end of 30A, you are only a few minutes' walk to downtown Rosemary Beach's open markets, shops, and restaurants. After a long day at the beach, community pool, or exploring 30A, take your beverage of choice and enjoy world class sunsets right from your private balconies!
Entering the first floor, you have the first two bedrooms, a Master King Ensuite with outside patio and a Queen Ensuite. The first-floor deck has amazing views, seating, and a fire pit perfect for families to gather and relax! The second floor has an open kitchen and living space with gorgeous gulf views right from the second story balcony. Here you will find an office space and a Bunkroom with a 3 story Queen Bunk and a 3 story Twin Bunk with a full bathroom. Additionally, on the third floor there is an office space perfect for those working from home! Lunch breaks here are hard to beat!
