Master Suite Bedroom has a King bed with walk in closet and a dual sink bathroom that has tub/shower combo.
Second bedroom has a queen bed
Third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top & full on the bottom.
All bedrooms have large decks (master has its own) 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share.
All bedrooms equipped with flat screen TVs and digital cable service.
Second full bath has tub/shower combo and is downstairs to service the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
Living room has a large sofa (not a sleeper), loveseat and 2 armchairs, large flat screen TV with digital cable on the wall above the gas fireplace. The living room also has a wet bar and a sliding glass door out to a very large deck

THE PLACE WAS NICE, HOWEVER, IT COULD USE A LITTLE
UPDATE WITH THE FLOORING AND LIVING ROOM FURNITURE.
THE RECLINER IS IN SAD SHAPE AND THE FLOORING IS SHOWING ITS WEAR. OVERALL WE WERE SATISFIED.
Our family so enjoyed the comfort of our vacation rental in Pismo. Fully equipped home, close to the beach and more. Awesome balcony that welcomed ocean breezes - Thank You!

To the owners of this home, you must be pretty AWESOME people not to mention SMART!!??. Your home is BEAUTIFUL & VERY WELCOMING!!
The two best items about the place for me: the outside deck was incredible whether for a morning coffee or a bit of solitude at night, and it a block from the beach. One late afternoon my 7 year old daughter wanted to go to the beach...if we did not stay so close it would have been challenging to get there. But 10 minutes later we were on the beach.
