This 5BR/4.5BA retreat is situated in the exclusive PGA West community! Designed by elites of the golf world, the three resort courses surrounding your rental provide gorgeous scenery and challenging play. After a rewarding round, dip in the pools or dine at Ernie’s Bar & Grill in the clubhouse.
This rental is comprised of a pair of two-story side-by-side condos (Unit 1 and Unit 2). Newly renovated, you’ll find upscale furnishings and fine decor in each condo. Inviting outdoor living spaces provide alfresco dining and views of the lush community.
Unit 1 sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
The living area includes plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV.
Prepare delicious dishes in the kitchen, appointed with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Start your day with coffee at the table for four in the breakfast nook. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
The master suite includes a king-size bed and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a California king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and can also be accessed from the hallway. The third bedroom is outfitted with two XL twin-size beds. Each bedroom also has a flat-screen TV.
Relax in the shade on your covered balcony and enjoy peaceful lake views. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine at the table for four.
Unit 2 sleeps five guests in two bedrooms.
The living area is furnished with armchairs and a sleeper sofa. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The gas fireplace provides extra allure.
Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops in the kitchen. Enjoy meals at the kitchen bar for two or the dining table for six.
The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed; the en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A half bathroom provides added convenience. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and balcony access.
Recline on the chaise lounges on the patio. Fire up the gas grill and dine at the table for four. The balcony has a bistro table for two.

The community pools are heated seasonally and open year-round.
