This two bedroom, two bath comfortably accommodates a large family with beds that sleep 8. Additional sleeping comes in the form of a futon couch and another roll-out chair bed so the kids can spread out.  The charming décor adds warmth and truly a family atmosphere.  The private balcony with access from the living room and the guest ensuite allow you to take in the crisp, mountain air. Cozy up when it’s time to wind down as there are two wood burning fireplaces with plenty of wood in the garage. The kitchen is remodeled with granite counters and tile flooring, a large under-counter sink, GE Profile 5 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and top door refrigerator. There are 2 ski lockers as well located near the common area front exit.  You will really enjoy your time in this condo as it offers everything a family could want at one of the most sought after ski resort experiences.

About the Property
As one of our most family friendly options, The Meadows has been known to welcome guests home with the wafting smells of home cooked meals and din of board games played in the spacious common atrium. This property’s communal atmosphere makes it a popular choice for large families with kids. The Meadow’s namesake feature, beautiful Kirkwood Meadow, takes off from the back side of the building, providing cross-country skiing trails in the winter, and wildflower-dotted trails in the summer. Easy access to the meadow and the serenity it provides is a huge selling point for many of our guests. Centrally located not far from the lifts.

The Amenities
The Meadows complex provides all guests with complimentary wifi access. The lobby area serves as a great meeting space for families and groups before heading out, though comfy lounge chairs and a large central fireplace beckon you to sit and stay a while. A common area cooking facility is helpful for groups staying in separate condos and a large sunny deck offers another place to mingle on nice days. Coin-op laundry facilities, ski lockers, and a seasonal indoor hot tub (NO hot tub May to Nov.) round out the amenities for this complex. NOTE: The HOA turns the boilers off from May to November but we provide fire wood and space heaters.
