The condo sleeps up to six guests between a master bedroom, a spacious lofted sleeping area, and a sleeper sofa.
ABOUT THE CONDO
Settle back in the welcoming living area with a couch (which converts into a queen-size sleeper), two chairs, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Enjoy an evening movie, or get cozy around the wood-burning stove with a good read.
From the living area, you can step out to a balcony with fabulous views of the ski area and gondola.
The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the living area. There’s everything you need to whip up tasty vacation meals. When you’re ready to eat, everyone can gather at the kitchen bar that seats six on barstools.
On the entry level, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet for guest storage. There’s also a full bathroom on the entry level offering a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, there is an expansive loft with two twin-size beds, a dresser, and full closet. It is located next to another full bathroom with a shower.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for one car in the outdoor lot or underground garage.
A coin-operated laundry room is located on the first floor of the building.
Please note, the hot tub will be non-functional this summer due to an overhaul project, but will be finished before the next ski season begins.
Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Park City’s mild weather.
This condo has a prime location across from Park City Mountain Resort, with First Time and Three King ski lifts just a 4-minute walk from your front door. Hit the trails in winter, or make the most of summer activities -- from hiking and mountain biking to leisurely horseback rides and lift rides in the fresh alpine air.
Golf lovers can take to the pristine fairways at Park City Golf Course, a 3-minute drive away. Just 17 minutes away, Jordanelle Reservoir offers a stunning mountain-backed spot for sailing, water skiing, and wakeboarding.
