It was a perfect alternative to stay instead of a hotel

The home was nice. It seemed to be a "converted" home - as in, split one bedroom off from the rest of the house. Two issues we noticed - the walls are VERY thin, we could hear conversations in the adjoining unit. And the shared water heater was a bummer, we ran out of hot water after the adjoining unit also showered.

Overall our stay was perfect! We loved the location and the ease of getting around on foot! The unit was clean and furnished nicely. I would have liked to have more bath towels, some beach towels, another mirror (full length if possible) outside of the bathroom, a fan for the living area because it was very stuffy in there and no circulation in the Summer months and the basic food necessities in the kitchen (oil, spices, etc) so you don't have to bring it all from home. I would definitely consider staying here again if these small changes were made.

We arrived and checked in easily using the keypad. The house looked brand new and very clean. We did discover when we went to bed a rather obvious black stain on the sheets (looked like grease from a suitcase wheel). We contact the TurnKey text line and they asked me to call in the morning to provide info. I did first thing in the morning and spoke with the national help desk. They did not seem very helpful or to understand why we wanted a sheet change, but said she would take care of it that day. Came home at 5pm and nothing had been done. Contacted the text line again and also was prompted to leave a review of cleanliness. After leaving a poor review because we had been waiting on clean bedding for 24 hours now we were promptly contacted by the local team who sent out maids within an hour. Overall the rest of the experience was great and the support from the local TurnKey office was great, although the National office did drop the ball on service
