*** OCCUPANCY RESTRICTION - READ BEFORE BOOKING ***A county-wide Public Health Order is in effect for all reservations arriving on or prior to Jan 31, 2021 - The current Public Health Order restricts the occupancy of a vacation rental to no more than 2 households. TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MINDFLEXIBLE CANCELLATION: Here at , we know this is a strange time filled with uncertainty. This is why we are offering a flexible change and cancellation policy. CLEANING: is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Please email [email protected] to get the latest info on pool closures.
This 1 bed + Murphy den, 2 full bath has the convenience of ground level living and sleeps 6. This unit lives like a true 2 bedroom and has a private entrance and patio. Right on the bus stop and new updates to the community hot tubs and pool. Walk to River Run restaurants/dining, Keystone lake, and hiking/biking.
Soda Springs is a nice, quiet community tucked away on Soda Springs Rd. The Keystone Shuttle comes every 15 minutes and will take you to and from the mountain. The closest lift is Peru Lift, which is located in Mountain House base area. The shuttle can also take you to River Run if you are looking to take the gondola or do a little bit of shopping. There are also a number of hiking trails nearby for you to enjoy during the summer time. Keystone Gulch is a great little walk just up the road from this condo. Down Soda Springs Rd, you will find the Keystone Stables, where you can go horseback riding. Soda Springs also has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs to enjoy during your stay.
