This 4 bedroom home is located in Montgomery Estates - just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! Featuring a private hot tub, a foosball table, sauna and a pool table, this home is complete with all of the extras to make your stay enjoyable including a 42 inch TV in the living room! A new master bathroom and remodeled kitchen are a couple more of the great features. The wooded neighborhood provides the perfect backdrop for long summer walks. VHR22-0247
**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.
We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. *Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.
