Vail is less than 1/2 mile away, so you're just a few minutes from cafes, restaurants, and retailers. There are several hiking trails nearby and if you're visiting in winter, you're less than two miles from the Lionshead Gondola.
Regardless of how you plan to spend your vacation days, this charming property makes an excellent home base for all manner of activities. Stretch out and relax on the couches while you catch up on your reading, or use the well-appointed kitchen to put together an après-ski snack. The top level has the master bedroom with a 4-poster King bed and private full bath with double vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and full bathroom, (shower/tub) in the hall. The third guest bedroom has twin bunk beds, large closet and amazing views. All bedding and mattresses are comfy and cozy.
Going down to the main level, you have the open kitchen/living/dining area, half bath and stacked washer/dryer. The bright open living area has large windows, a beautiful gas stone fireplace, two seating areas, decorative chairs and a large flat panel TV. The deck off the living room has table and chairs and offers picturesque views and breathtaking mountainscapes. The dining area has a large table for 6 and 2 breakfast bar stools. The deck off the kitchen has a waterfall, gas grill, outdoor seating and beautiful views of the mountains. This is a wonderful place to have morning coffee and/or happy hour cocktails. Also, on this level you will find the heated garage.
Head down into the lower level to find another living room with a fireplace, large play pen couch, flat screen TV, bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, bathroom with a shower/tub combo and another stacked washer/dryer. There is even another kitchen area complete with refrigerator, sink and microwave.
This home really does have it all and as its nestled against the mountain, you might see some Colorado wildlife!
