Sandy View, the very apt name for this wonderous beachfront property, awaits your arrival. Offering a unique combination of adventure and relaxation, Sandy View sits right on the sands of Pismo State Beach near the Oceano Dunes recreation area. This property has a comfortable, modern feel but don't let the aesthetic fool you... there are hidden treasures far more ancient than you could guess.
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and en-suite baths. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. A futon in the living area provides additional sleeping arrangements for two guests. The bedrooms are down the hall between the living room and 1 car parking garage. This hallway was painstakingly hand-crafted to look and feel like sand right off the beach, it even has shells embedded in it! The living area of the great room has a big screen, flat panel TV with digital cable and dvd player. The dining table is situated between the living room and kitchen, near the fireplace, in front of a pair of French doors that look out onto the large deck, beach and ocean. The kitchen is a masterpiece that any chef or cooking hobbyist will enjoy using. All stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Gas fueled range and oven. Breakfast bar that also looks out over the deck to the beach and ocean. Recycled glass countertops and custom cabinetry complete the space. The laundry closet and half bath are located just off the entry foyer through antique Philippine doors on saloon style hinges with frosted glass inlays.

Bs,sea otter just off shore..
Dunes. I brought my granddaughter and a friend to the area as part of our endeavor to learn how to surf! The beach here was clean and the surfing outstanding. The house itself was a delight; much attention to detail was obviously expended to make it comfortable, both visually and for living. Thank you so much, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The only exception: WIFI did not work
There was only 2 problems the BBQ grill was broken and we bought a new one also the bottom of the BBQ is worn out and leaked hot coals out the bottom, we took it to the sand to use, for safety. Also the bathroom off the twin bedroom needs to have floor in the doorway fixed, it needs a transition strip, I tripped over the tile and broke 2 toes. But we loved the place and had a really good time.
We had a great time and introduced some new friends to the area. They plan on spending a week next summer so they will be in contact with you The house was wonderful and ready as always. Every year we come down we find something new to do in the area. We plan on coming back next year. This will be our 10th year in a row. We also are coming back in May 2017
