A set of the living room windows are sliding glass doors that open up to the front patio. This stunning front patio is fully equipped with comfortable lounging furniture and a stainless steel gas BBQ grill. It is the perfect spot to grill up some burgers and drink a cocktail while enjoying the sight of the boats cruising by.
The first bedroom is located downstairs with a queen sized bed and close access to a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also another half bathroom on the first level.
On the second level of the home there are two bedrooms that could both be considered master bedrooms with king sized beds and master bathrooms inside of them. There are two other bedrooms perfect for another couple with a queen sized bed and another great for children or additional guests containing a bunk bed with a twin sized mattress on top and full on the bottom.These two bedrooms share access to another bathroom.
Towards the bayfront you will find the second living room which is perfectly set for hanging out with the wet bar, comfortable couches, cozy chairs and game table area. This living room is also surrounded by windows that reach from the floor to the ceiling giving you that stunning view of the harbor from all levels of the home!! No other property on the Balboa Island bayfront gets you this close to the water!
Located at the end of Marine Avenue, you are truly steps away from all of the best shops and restaurants that Balboa Island provides. You can enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast at Wilma’s Patio or if you just want a quick snack you can stop by the famous Dad’s Donut Shop and Bakery and enjoy and chocolate covered banana! Once you are stuffed, rent some bikes and take a cruise around the island. The views of the water, homes and boats are unbeatable.
