WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK.
Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

This home is located within a 3-4 minute walk to the beaches of South Padre Island and is in close walking distance to a number of restaurants on the island. The house features a large fully stocked kitchen, tasteful furnishings, spacious balconies, a master bedroom over 500 sq ft, a large backyard with a private heated pool, and even ocean views! The Southern Comfort House is perfect for a family or couples getaway!
