PET RESTRICTIONS: 2 dogs max, no more than 20lbs each. (Cats and other animals are NOT permitted.)
WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.
Completely remodeled, 103 E. Tarpon is a picture-perfect private home featuring 3 master bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Make your vacation the most memorable with a backdrop of gorgeous newly renovated decor. Step through the front door to an inviting entryway with a sitting area. Just past the sitting area is the open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Guests will love cooking in this newly remodeled kitchen featuring quartz countertops, beautfiul backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishware to make delicious home-cooked meals. A beautiful dining table accommodates 10 guests comfortably, with a large kitchen bar.
103 E. Tarpon is two stories. Upstairs, guests have the choice between 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and private master bathroom. The second and third bedroom will share the second bathroom. The second bedroom entails a queen bed and flat screen tv. The second bathroom is equipped with bath tub providing you with a place to unwind after an adventuring day on South Padre Island! The third bedroom entails 4 twin-size beds setup as bunk beds. You will also have a washer and dryer available at the home for your personal use. The balcony facing the pool is fantastic spot to hang out to enjoy basking under the sun, have a nightcap or just taking in the cool ocean breeze! There is a grill conveniently placed outside for guests to use on the balcony as well.
A privacy fence surrounds your very own, large private pool! Take a refreshing dip, lounge poolside or sit back and soak in the hot tub! Enjoy a nice BBQ with your friends and family or visit one of the many delicious local restaurants in the area. Many of them are within walking distance to this centrally located home. When you're ready to hit the beach, it's less than a 5-minute walk from your front door!
