LIVING AREAS
The grand living area features impressive high ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, and incredible views from soaring windows. Plush sofas and armchairs offer plenty of comfortable seating.
A second living area has a sofa, armchairs, 72” TV, and gas fireplace. Play games at a card table or billiards at a pool table. Adjacent, a vintage diner has a bar, jukebox, and seating at booths and high-top tables. Curl up with a book on a sofa or armchair in a third living area. Play in two game rooms that offer foosball, ping-pong, and a big-screen TV area.
KITCHEN & DINING
Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances including two ovens outfit the gourmet kitchen. Perch at the island with four seats, dine at a 12-person table, or savor meals in the formal dining room with seating for six.
A second kitchen features a gas range, side-by-side fridge, and a four-person table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, 44” TV, electric fireplace, private balcony, and two walk-in closets. An en-suite master bath has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and jetted tub.
