CLEANING: is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

Just two blocks from the white sandy beach that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Walk next door to The Galleria Mall where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Across the street from the property you will find grocery stores, coffee shops and everything else you can think of. The property sits on the intracoastal waterway where you can take the Water Taxi to different stops around Fort Lauderdale, such as Las Olas Blvd. A block away you will find Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. All water activities you will want to do are just steps away.
The property:
Walk in to our one-bedroom suite and you will find a tastefully decorated space. The condo boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room which offer a bright and airy space with a magnificent open layout. You will find the kitchen with all essentials such as a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, full size refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area has a four-person round table to enjoy meals with your family. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that opens up to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Enjoy all of the channels you love on the flat screen TV!
Double doors let you in to the large master suite offering a King size bed with plush goose down pillows and linen, here you will find a flat screen Roku Smart TV where you can login to your favorite apps for streaming. The alarm clock/ radio that sits bedside is Bluetooth compatible where you can play all of your favorite music. The on-suite bathroom offers wall-to-wall counter space and a spacious shower with glass doors round up the space. The private patio is the perfect space for lounging and taking in the sought-after South Florida weather, here you will enjoy views of the intracoastal waterway and the hotel pool below.

Valet and front desk are available 24 hours for easy check-in. The property offers a heated pool facing the intracoastal waterway. Many lounge chairs round up the pool area for relaxing sun bathing.
