Damage Claim Form
If your rental property or belongings were damaged by a guest or their invitee during a stay, you may be eligible for reimbursement.
Before submitting a claim, please gather as much detail and supporting documentation as possible. Supporting documentation can include photos of damaged items, invoices for repairs, and copies of receipts for replacement items. Paper versions of these documents can be scanned or photographed so you can attach them when you submit your claim. If you do not have a receipt, please describe how you determined the reimbursement amount for a specific item (for example: “Called for estimate”, “Found comparable pricing online”, “Personal best estimate”, etc.).
