Currently due to the high volume of cancelations, we are experiencing delays in responding to requests.  Please allow 7 to 14 business days for review.

For guests seeking to book a future trip, please note that most of our properties offer free cancellation policies already so that you can book with confidence.  Just check the Free Cancellation timing on the property listing and you can make your plans understanding the timing for any changes you might make in the future. 

Below are the current policies, and we continue to monitor the situation and update as needed:

Select Partners Offering Flexible Future Credit:  RedAwning works with many different short-term rental managers and owners.  We may be able to offer you the option to apply the value of your current stay as a credit towards a non-refundable booking to a future stay in the same home within the next 12 months.  Our agents can assist you to verify if your home qualifies.

Airbnb:  Please note, if you booked your accommodation through Airbnb, we ask that you contact their help center, as Airbnb processes your payments and can work with you directly.

For all other cancellations or change requests, existing policies will apply. If your reservation is after April 14th, we kindly ask that you hold off on reaching out to our Guest Services team.  We are experiencing very high volumes of guest communications and need to serve those whose reservations are most imminently impacted.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
