To redeem your voucher, just follow these 3 STEPS:

STEP 1 - Select a property on our LivingSocial Summer in Tahoe Participating Properties page, or to search participating properties by availability, just enter LivingSocial in the keyword field above along with your desired dates of stay.  Note that not all Lake Tahoe properties are participating in this promotion so be sure to select a participating property.

STEP 2 – Click the Check Availability button on the property page and then reserve your stay by selecting your nights on the calendar, accepting the agreement, and clicking “Book Now."

STEP 3 – Complete your reservation online with your credit card. Then, reply to our email confirmation with your voucher code and we will apply it to your reservation.

Important Notes:

  • Vouchers are only valid for participating properties.
  • You may select any participating property, including properties that charge a higher nightly rate than your voucher value. If you choose a higher value property, we will apply your full voucher value and then just charge for the difference in price.
  • You may also extend your stay for additional nights and we will honor the same discounted rate as your voucher value. Why not stay 3 or 4 days!
  • Our online reservation process will collect a 10% deposit on normal rates to hold your reservation. We will adjust your billing when we apply your voucher.
  • Taxes & cleaning fees are not included in your voucher purchase and will be noted in final billing.
  • Some properties have holiday restrictions or require additional fees to book during holiday periods.
  • You have the option to purchase Damage Insurance for $39 to cover up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay, or you can choose a refundable security deposit as noted at checkout.
  • The standard RedAwning cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.
