Summer at Northstar - LivingSocial Redemption Instructions

Thank you for purchasing a RedAwning.com stay at Lake Tahoe through LivingSocial!

To redeem your voucher, just follow these easy steps:
Step 1 - Select a Property:

Take a look at our LivingSocial Summer in Northstar Participating Properties page, or search participating properties for availability, by entering LSNorthstar in the keyword field in our blue search bar above along with your desired dates of stay. Note that not all Lake Tahoe properties are participating in this promotion so be sure to select a participating property.

Step 2 - Choose Your Travel Dates:

Click the Check Availability button on the property page and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar. You can choose our damage insurance or a refundable security deposit by clicking the small circle next to one of the two (you have to pick one). The insurance is just $39 for $3000 in coverage - no need to worry if you accidentally break something or spill red wine on the carpet. The security deposit is a hold of your credit card that will expire if everything is fine during your stay. Click the box to accept the agreement, and click “Book Now."

Step 3 - Complete Your Reservation Online with Your Credit Card:

We need your card information to cover the cleaning fee and tax that is not included with your LivingSocial voucher. Don't worry the system will only charge 10% to hold your stay dates and we will adjust your totals when we receive your voucher number. We will collect the balance of you rental when it is 60 days before your arrival.

Step 4 - Email Us Your Voucher Code:

Just reply to your confirmation email with your LivingSocial voucher number and we will adjust your pricing. No need to worry - you can always get ahold of us if there is anything you need and we will make sure that everything is correct with your rental.

Important Notes:

  • Vouchers are only valid for participating properties.
  • You may extend your stay for additional nights and we will honor the same discounted rate as your voucher value. Why not stay a week!
  • Our online reservation process will collect a 10% deposit on normal rates to hold your reservation. We will adjust your billing when we apply your voucher.
  • Taxes & cleaning fees are not included in your voucher purchase and will be noted in final billing.
  • Some properties have holiday restrictions or require additional fees to book during holiday periods.
  • You have the option to purchase Damage Insurance for $39 to cover up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay, or you can choose a refundable security deposit as noted at checkout.
  • The standard RedAwning cancellation policy applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.
