Please note that cancellations or modifications for reservations booked through one of our partners will likely need to be processed through those websites directly. Your refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy for the property and dates you selected. RedAwning serves over 30,000 property owners who count on their rental income to pay their own bills, so we are unfortunately not able to waive any applicable cancellation fees.
If the property you booked is not available for your dates due to a government order, hurricane or other property specific issue, please select new dates for your trip below and we will try to accommodate you. Note that this is not in place of travel insurance coverage and changes must be based on property unavailability, not other issues preventing your own travel. We may request proof of closure/government order if we have not received notice from the property owner of property unavailability.
Our teams are working to respond to all incoming requests as quickly as possible. If you have not received a Cancellation Confirmation email, your reservation is still active. We recommend that you check your Spam Folder if you do not see the email in your box within 48 hours.
