• Is the rental price in my confirmation email the price I have to pay?
No, the rental price you will be paying is the price of your stay voucher. Enter your voucher order # (which you will receive via email) in the notes field and we will adjust the fee within 48 hours.
• Does the voucher price include the cleaning fee and taxes?
No, these are not included in the voucher price but must be paid for separately.
• What happens if I purchase the voucher, but when I attempt to book my stay there is no availability remaining?
If you are not able to use your voucher for any reason, we will refund your voucher or allow you to use the value towards another stay.
• Should I buy the voucher or book the property first?
We suggest that you purchase your voucher prior to booking the property. Not everyone books immediately, so you will have more than enough time to book your vacation rental without worrying about it being booked! But, we suggest you book ASAP because the early bird gets the worm!
