This is a two level two bed room, one bath townhouse. Enjoy this property any time of year with all of the convenience of Lake Tahoe fun. You're just a short drive to the clubhouse pool, common year round hot tub, tennis courts, his and her saunas. For more outdoor entertainment, take a beautiful walk through the Resort with many walking and biking trails or you're just a short drive to the Casinos, restaurants, shops, Heavenly Gondola, and famous Lake Tahoe beaches.

The kitchen is a cook's delight with all appliances, high ceiling, and open space. The dining area opens up to the living room offering seating for five people. The living room has nice modern furnishings, a tiled wood burning fireplace, 42 inch flat screen TV, stereo with surround sound, and a sofa bed for two. There are high beam ceilings, many windows, and views of the Tahoe pines from every room. Off of this level is a deck with propane barbeque. The second level is spacious with 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, TV, and private deck. Each bedroom shares a full size bathroom.

The entrance has 35 steps. Four wheel drive or chains are required during winter.
