Five bedrooms in the main house and guest bunkhouse accommodates up to 17 people. Stroll down to the private sandy beach or lounge on the grassy grounds and take in the beauty of Lake Tahoe. The landscaped yard has room for games of croquet and bocci ball, and enjoy kayaking, swimming, and boating right from the private HOA dock. Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak Ski areas are just minutes away, as well as the Hyatt casino and many boutique shops and fine dining restaurants.
Enjoy a round of championship golf or take a ride down the bike path along beautiful Lakeshore Drive. There are plenty of easily accessible activities for the entire family! The ground level includes the main living room with wood fireplace, grand piano, and card table. The dining room is also here with lakeview seating for at least 10 people.
The kitchen is simple, yet well-equipped, and the second living room has a double pull-out couch, 32" flatscreen TV, DVD/VCR, wood fireplace, and can be closed for privacy, with bathroom attached. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a twin and a double, as well as entry onto the stone patio, and another with twin bunks, a TV/VCR, and mini fridge. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The Master bedroom is also on this floor and has a King bed, 32" flatscreen TV, DVD/VCR and Master bathroom attached.
The upstairs has another two bedrooms, both with a King bed, 32" flatscreen TV, DVD/VCR, and adjoining bathroom. The bookshelf balcony has skylights and looks over the living room There is also the Bunkhouse, with a King bed and bunk bed, mini-fridge, 32" flatscreen TV with VCR and bathroom.
The grassy, landscaped grounds are very private. There are two canoes for guests' use. Stroll the wooded path directly to the large sandy beach and pier. From the beach, you can't see the house or grounds at all. Take a step back in time and experience Lake Tahoe as it once was. This quintessential old-Tahoe estate is extremely private and is steeped in charm and history. Book 3 nights and get the 4th night free (excluding holiday weeks).
