The unit has telephone service for local calls and high speed internet available through an Ethernet cable. The master bedroom is located on the second level with a queen bed, fireplace, and a private bath.

The first level has two bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. The large loft located on the third level has a sofa sleeper. This unit is non-smoking and has a two car garage.

Outside parking is limited at Tennis Village so both vehicles must park inside the garage. Due to large vehicles, if only one vehicle fits in the garage, then the second vehicle can park outside. During winter, the walk to Eagle Lodge & Eagle Express chairlift is approximately a half mile and there is a shuttle stop nearby if needed.
