This two level, 1250 square foot, two bedroom, two (full) bath condo, features a fully equipped kitchen, new tile entry and fireplace, new stone tile countertops, new mirrors and lighting, new paint throughout the unit, new mattresses, high quality linens, down comforters, full size washer/dryer, and large hot water tank. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds (bridgeable). Both bedrooms have a private bath. The condo’s stylish and comfortable furniture is perfect for relaxing in front of the gas log fireplace, after a day of skiing, golf, tennis, or just exploring the valley’s incredible hiking trails.

The condo also has two new extended outdoor decks, with one deck adjacent to the upper level living area, and the other desk adjacent to the master bedroom. There is a new Weber gas grill on the upstairs deck for outdoor barbeques, and both decks have new outdoor furniture. Electronics include high speed broadband Internet, telephone, two TV’s, two DVD players, and 1 CD player.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with a nonrefundable pet deposit.
