The cottage is hidden behind another building creating an urban oasis. Despite being located in the back of the lot, the cottage has an abundance of light.

As you enter the cottage, you will find a modern kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full bath. There is a small eating area near the kitchen.  The living room while small is charming and has a pull-out sofa and flat screen television.

In the corner of the living room there is a circular stairway to the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, large closet and a desk. The bedroom has a private deck with a table and chairs. The use of the space has been maximized.

The cottage is located between the Castro and Mission Districts in a neighborhood filled with numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities.  San Francisco's main artery, Market Street, is only two blocks away. Perfect for a short holiday or a temporary work assignment, the Sanchez Cottage is both affordable and comfortable
