On the ground level is a bright and sunny expanded great room, with a living area featuring a gas fireplace, a dining area for 6 and a full kitchen with updated appliances and cabinets. A TV, stereo and CD player make this a cozy gathering area for the whole family. A spacious deck with patio furniure and BBQ grill complete the main level.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed, adjoining bath and television while the guest bedroom has a set of Twin beds and a bath in the hall. A small loft area provides a bonus space with a television and throw pillows.

The Trex deck off the living room is a beautiful bonus for summer time relaxing by the babbling Warm Springs Creek. This complex is a short walk to Warm Spring lifts, and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot-tub, summer-use pool and washer/dryer facility.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with a nonrefundable pet deposit.
