The property is one block from the Presidio and is within walking distance of the upscale Laurel Village commercial district. In the other direction is one of the City's thriving Chinatowns with unique shopping and dining opportunities.

Presidio Terrace offers the guest plenty of room to spread out. There is a large living room with a working fireplace. The living room opens on to a formal dining room. The pantry acts as a passageway to the fully equipped kitchen which includes all appliances, a dishwasher, and a full set of dishes and cooking equipment.
