The spacious living room has a dining area and is open to the kitchen in an L with bar seating between. There's a half bath on this floor. The living area opens to the lower deck, outdoor dining, and hot tub. On the second level, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom.

On the third level, there's another full bathroom and bedroom with its own deck. The upper deck and lower deck are connected by an exterior staircase. From the yard, there's a path to the neighborhood beach. For your enjoyment a boat is provided during your stay.
